Focusing on implementation and delivery, you’ll investigate the opportunities and challenges of leading digital transformation across public, private, and third sector organisations. Through real-world case studies, you’ll evaluate how social, technical, and organisational factors shape outcomes and influence innovation.

Drawing on themes of leadership, governance, ethics, technology, and place-based transformation, you’ll develop and apply an evidence-informed strategy that responds to the needs of organisations, communities, and places. Working independently, you’ll strengthen your ability to analyse complex challenges, navigate competing priorities, and make informed leadership decisions in dynamic environments. Throughout the project, you’ll consider how responsible, inclusive, and sustainable approaches can shape successful digital transformation.
