Course overview

This online Hearing Care Assistant course is ideal if you’re a Hearing or Optical Assistant, or a Practice Receptionist who wants to broaden the duties of your role and grow your clinical practice skills.

You’ll explore the working environment of audiology and the external factors that affect both your role and your patients’ treatment journey, so you can maximise your contribution within hearing care practice.
